Missing Paris

Haven’t been blogging for a while. Well, what’s new. Past weeks had been real busy. With the start of the school year for both kids, adjustment was at place. Glad though that slowly, things are better now. I miss having lunch with my eldest who now eats in school but I love the fact that I get to spend more time with my youngest now. And as for the two hours that I am not with both kids, I find time to surf and do some online work like reading up on Olympia steel buildings. It is also just now that I get to really look at our recent vacay photos. Love this photo of mine below. Looking at it suddenly made me miss Paris.

my cheerleader

For the second year in a row now, my daughter has been joining the Trumpets Playshop summer class at ATC. She loves singing, dancing and acting if you all still don’t know by now. For last year’s play, she was a funny jester while this year, she’s an active cheerleader.

The whole family including the two lolas and my sister who had to attend to check city payday advance work first came to watch her perform of course. She was the leader for the cheer leading group and I’m one proud mommy, again. But best of all, I am so happy to see her having fun on stage. That’s the most important for me or to any mom I guess. So yes, she’ll be back next year definitely.

My first born

So yeah I am getting old. Proof? My eldest is six and has lost six baby teeth, lol. She’s also going ot be grade 1 this coming schoolyear. To top that, she wants to go to Paris to see Eiffel tower and shop for clothes. I kid you not! Funny how I was being a bit emotional while I was chatting with my friend online who was initially telling me about information technology degree she got but I ended up ranting about how big Sophia has grown and how in no time she might not want to be with mommy or daddy. So mommyish, haha. Then she told me, make a new baby then! Okay, thanks but no thanks. I’m fine with two. I guess its a fact of life that I have to accept – they won’t stay babies forever so treasure them while I can.

First time

Before I go bury myself in finding the perfect ordinateurs portables, let me share this photo of my kids looking out the window of Manor Hotel in Baguio checking out the beautiful pine trees. Believe it or not, it was my kids’ first time see Baguio. My last visit to the Pine City was some six years ago! So yes, we were glad to be back, with my kids this time. They loved the weather and the pine trees!

Parties …

… make my kids squeal in delight. So every chance we get, once invited, I make sure to come. It will make my kids really happy! My eldest loves joining games while my youngest, at two, loves watching magic shows. Here below is a pic of our during a Handy Mandy party we atteneded at Wack Wack Country Club. I was sorting the types of life insurance file this morning when I saw this so I thought of blogging.

hot

It was a hot day today. A quick trip to the mall left me all burned out because of the heat. I wanted to stay long and check out the private sale going on at one of the jewelry stores but I had to beg off. I heard they were selling the moissanite rings I’ve been wanting to get though. Sayang. but eh heat is unbearable. So next time, I hope!
