Been spending hours now looking for Fun Baby Shower Games online. We’re throwing a surprise baby shower for a dear friend over the weekend that’s why. I hope those we invited can make it as we’ve been putting a lot of effort for the surprise party. From the baby shower invitations I got from http://www.birth-cards.com to the party giveaways and now down to the baby shower games, we’re making it a point to have everything synchronized. And honestly, it’s not that easy.

Games Baby Shower

Speaking of the invites by the way, everyone complimented how nice the ones I gave out. The cuties were from Birth-Cards and boy was I glad I got from them. Service was really fast. Invites were printed and shipped the same day I approved them. Not to mention, even if personalized, I was able to view the invitation before buying using their patented Instant Preview Features. It was cool you should try it.

Now back to baby showers games hunting before I get sidetracked again.

Instead, Jon and I rushed to Asian Hospital 12 am last November 25th.

I was already 4cm when we got there.

Three hours later, 3:01 am, I gave birth.

Yes, that fast.

Here he is, the newest addition to our family…

Ramon Mateo M. King

We just got back from the hospital yesterday and our first night was as expected, a disaster. He wouldn’t sleep! I think I need to prepare myself for the worst these coming days or even weeks. I should also start looking for a reliable acne treatment now to prevent breakouts. Wish me luck!

I had extra time last night as soon as the little girl fell asleep so I finally had time to upload some photos at my friendster account. Since I wasn’t at all sleepy yet, I also managed to view some friends’ photos which I haven’t been doing for some time now. Its so nice to see old friends’ faces and the places they have been to. If there’s one negative thing this pregnancy has brought me, its definitely the lost opportunity to travel. Not that I am complaining though, I’m sure once I give birth and the little bullet is a bit older, our family will start traveling again. And I am saying that with conviction. LOL. The husband thinks so too and we actually have plans already this early. Next on our must go to place is definitely US already which is why I will need to apply a visa for the baby boy once he’s out. I hope it’ll be easy for him to get one since we all have our visas anyway. We hope to visit New York where we can easily hop on those NYC Bus Charters in the city, Florida to visit Jon’s sister and have fun at Disney World and Las Vegas just for the heck of it. Maybe we can make a side trip to San Francisco too. Oh, plans plans plans, I hope we get to push through with them really soon. I’m crossing my fingers.

If there’s one thing I love about being pregnant aside from having another mini me or mini version of my husband, its the opportunity to wear Trendy Maternity Clothes. You see, gone are the days when pregnant women are left to wear boring maternity clothes that look like pieces from decades ago. Maternity Fashion has evolved now – big time and every pregnant woman out there should take advantage of this.

Being on my 8th month now, I am already big. But this doesn’t stop me from wearing my ultimate comfort piece of clothing – jeans. At Belly Dance Maternity, you can find Juicy Maternity Jeans that are very trendy and at the same time comfortable. They also have Paige Maternity Jeans that are simply to die for! These jeans fit great and makes a very pregnant mommy look so hot! Paige Maternity comes in a range of leg and panel styles to suit one’s changing body. They are becoming a favorite of mine. Love love them, you should get one for yourself too and you’ll know what I mean. Remember, we can be pregnant, beautiful, sexy and trendy all at the same time.

I love dressing up. Who doesn’t? Even now that I’m pregnant, I always make it a point to look nice whenever I go out. Its just frustrating though that there’s not much variety of Maternity Clothes available. Well, at least from where I am from. Maternity Wear should be comfortable yet stylish if I may just say. Pregnant women like me shouldn’t settle for anything less. Don’t you agree? After all, the least a pregnant woman needs is outdated, old fashioned and uberly boring maternity clothes to wear. Well, that is far from happening with the presence of Crave Maternity. More than just style, Crave offers a comprehensive lifestyle concept bringing together a unique mix of designs, balancing style and comfort to give you the freshest selection of maternity wear for every month of the year. How I love their Maternity Dresses! I wish I had known about their site some time last month when I was furiously looking for a formal maternity dress to wear for a friend’s wedding last week. I got so stressed looking for something to wear as being on my 7th month of pregnancy already, it was just plain hard to look for something decent. I don’t have to worry about my next formal occasions though now as Crave is the answer as they carry all sorts of maternity clothes from dresses, tops, shirts, tunics, trousers, maternity jeans, cardigans, fine knitwear, jumpers, maternity evening wear. One great shop every pregnant woman needs I’m telling you. Check them out.

I have always wanted to get one of those Latex Mattresses I see online for they are said to give remarkable comfort and support. For some reason, I haven’t had the time to get myself one but now that I am pregnant, I almost always wake up with a backache so I have never been convinced to invest on a good mattress than now. As I did my research, Natural Care bed by Danny Seo carries the Latex Mattress I am looking for. But more than that, The Natural Care collection from Natural Care Bed is an eco-friendly sleep system that features a natural rubber tree based latex layer made from biodegradable materials like rubber tree sap and a layer of base foam enhanced with soy. Not only is the latex supremely comfortable, supportive and to top it off, built to last as Natural Care latex mattresses have a 20-year limited warranty, it is also inherently resistant to dust mites, mold and mildew. Now, after reading that, it seems like I’ll truly be enjoying a relaxing sleep as such mattress helps eliminate pressure points across your entire body and it being good for the environment too. Who wouldn’t want that? I definitely do!

Hello People!

We just came back from our four day Hong Kong Trip and what can I say? Tiring but super fun as always. My little girl had the time of her life in Disneyland too. Its her third time to go to this particular theme park but its this time that she enjoyed her visit the most. Being 3yo already, she really enjoyed the park and even wants to go back again. Too bad I’m five months pregnant as you all know so even if I want to, I can’t.

I hope plans push through though for next year once I give birth. You see, since my sister in law is based in the US now, we have plans of visiting her and we’ll then take the kids to Disney World in Orlando. I bet it would be so much fun! This park is way better for sure and I’ve heard that it is big and you need a couple of days to be able to go around so my sister in law suggested that if we push through with the plan, we can settle with vacation rentals while in Florida. According to her, Florida vacation rentals will be way cheaper and more convenient for us since we plan to stay longer and we have two kids in tow. She even told me all about vacationsbyowner.com where we can get affordable Orlando vacations rentals directly through the property owner which will save us on cost as there’ll be no commissions or whatsoever. Now, this got me all excited. I hope everything goes well and our plans push through. It will surely be fun, its going to be my family’s first US trip if ever.

Can you see my husband? I just need to brag that he lost around 18 pounds now all on his own without even having to take the best pill they call Ephedrasil Hardcore.

On to my 5th month of pregnancy, my OB is encouraging me to get myself enrolled with prenatal yoga classes, something that is quite popular now with pregnant women like me. According to her, three of her patients are currently into it and they have got nothing but good words to say about it. My OB specifically told me too that aside from the many physical benefits prenatal yoga brings, it also helps women through the evolutionary process of pregnancy by connecting with other pregnant women, allowing the opportunity for inward reflection, providing a healthy physical and emotional outlet for one’s experiences, and ultimately preparing one for birth on a holistic level.

Now, wouldn’t you get convinced?

I am sold on the idea so I am now looking for a yoga mat online. There are a lot of different yoga mats available but since I am pregnant, I might settle with Fitness & Yoga Mats Ribbed Comfort Mat for comfort. I also need to get a yoga mat bag of course. I was surprised that they come in plenty of colors and different styles. Love it! I am so excited. I sure hope to see the benefits everybody is talking about myself. If you know me, I am not really into exercising but I am willing to give prenatal yoga a try. We’ll see and I’ll let you know.
