Wedding last Sunday.

Last Sunday, Jon and I attended a wedding at Blue Leaf.  Here are some of our pictures during the cocktails with our good friends Martin and Jacqui with their cutie daughter Marla.

Its my first time to see Blue Leaf and I already told Jon that Baby Bullet will celebrate his 1st birthday there. HAHA. Payag naman. :D

The hubby and his cars.

My husband is into cars since college. I always can’t seem to understand why he buys expensive cars but I guess I just have to ask myself why I love designer bags too and I should know the answer. :D As I am addicted to bags, he is to cars. Fair deal? I guess. But you see, the thing is, when the husband gets tired of a certain car, he sells them which I am sure I won’t do with any of my designer bags. Not ever! You can count on that. Anyway, back to the husband, he sells his cars after some time and gets new one but I find it ridiculous that he sells the cars at a very low price, a far cry from their real value. This is according to him, something he can’t control as cars really diminishes value over time but I beg to disagree. I have read about Appraisal Group of America Incorporated and how they can get fair value appraisal each time for their clients. Whether you’re claiming for an insurance, selling your car, Appraisal Group of America will fight for you to get the settlement to which you’re entitled. They have the expertise to do so you won’t go wrong with them. I am telling the husband about them and I will make him sign up next time so he can get paid and compensated for the Diminished Value he is entitled to.

Transformation.

I was in Las Paellas this morning, my usual hang-out, planning on blogging the whole morning while waiting for the mall to open when suddenly, as I tried to open a page, no connection was available. Apparently, down ang GlobeWiz. Darn. I have so many things to do!

Anyway, to kill time, I decided to organize my files and pictures when I saw these photos which I did probably because of boredom haha.

Look at the transformation my dears – hubby’s and Sophia’s. Ako same pa din except for the hair noh? :D Agree?

Weekend Recap.

Friday

Sophia’s Talent Show in school was postponed. They watched a group of Bayanihan Dancers instead in preparation for their Linggo ng Wika which started yesterday.

Saturday

Yaya went on a sudden day off as her mom who takes care of her baby is sick. So Jon didn’t go to the farm and took care of the little girl which is his usual duty when the yaya is off. Oh, I just love being pregnant LOL! We decided to let Sophia get a haircut so we went to ATC before lunch time. Sophia now sports a shorter hair which I think suits her. :) I don’t have pics to show though as I left my camera at home. We then went to Bio Research in Paranaque to buy salt water for Sophia’s aquarium after eating lunch at Gloria Maris. Sophia was ecstatic to see so many aquariums and fishes. Boy oh boy, this was a filed trip destination pala as we were with some kids from Don Bosco touring the premises. This is where Jon bought Nemo (clownfish) by the way.

Sunday

My family from Pampanga came to visit and we trooped to Tagaytay Highlands. Good thing the weather cooperated so everybody had fun. Sophia and my brothers went fishing, horseback riding and bowling. My brothers also rode the go karts while me, my mom and my sister spent the day eating and talking about their upcoming Las Vegas travel next month. When the kids were done, Sophia insisted on riding the funicular so we obliged. We were able to catch the last funicular trip at 6:00pm. Then, we were off – home. We had dinner at Paseo de Sta. Rosa by the way which has got so many new restos right now. There’s Kanin Club, Poquito Mas, Razon’s, Cabalen to name a few I have noticed but they have got many many more I swear. Again, I have no pics to show as my camera had no battery. Bummer! My sister took pics though so I’ll ask her to email some to me.

Monday

Rest Day, which we (more of I) badly need.

****my internet connection sucks so bad lately. there are a couple of sites i can’t access too like other MBAPs’ blogs and even some of my own… i wonder why.****

Try email marketing.

The husband who is slowly transforming his commercial farm to a breeding farm has been looking for ways to market his new business venture. He had brochures made already but is not yet satisfied and still wants to try email marketing as he have heard really nice feedback from this service. With the technology we have these days where almost everyone are into computers and live by email already, I guess it is the right thing to do – to have his small business acquire email marketing services.

A friend of him told him all about iContact and how this email marketing service currently offers a 15 day free trial. The husband of course wants to grab the opportunity. He instantly checked the website and was surprised to find out how easy to use the email software is but with outstanding benefits. Price is very much affordable too which is why the husband is most likely decided to subscribe already with this certain Email Marketing Tool so he can start sending email newsletters, surveys and responds to queries all at the same time. He also had me read the testimonials in the site and everybody raved about how sales increased when they started using what they claim to be the Best Marketing Application. Now, we can’t wait! I hope we get same results as most of them did. I can’t be any happier for the husband.

DVDs anyone?

Jon is a DVD addict. He loves collecting DVDs and would you believe that his collection are even arranged alphabetically? Yes, thats how organized he is when it comes to his DVD collection. In fact, everyday he checks if all the DVDs are in their right order. You see, with a three year old girl in the house, its inevitable that stuff will be messed up every once in a while. That’s just the way it is.

Jon’s DVD collection ranges from action movies, his favorites to romantic comedy movies which I like. He also has a few concert performances and some TV series collection. He doesn’t fail to buy a new DVD to add too his collection every time we hit the mall. Lately though, he discovered a more convenient way to get his hands on certain DVDs. He discovered that he could get DVDs online in this certain site a friend recommended anytime and boy was he glad. He need not leave the house now to get a new DVD. I’m sure his collection will grow in no time because of this.

Gadgets gadgets.

Are you into gadgets? If you are, like my husband who is always on a lookout for the newest gadget to hit town, then you’ll find pleasure reading gadget reviews at Stuff.tv. From cameras to computers to games consoles to phones and more, they have reviews you can read anytime. Any person who is into gadget will surely love this site as they can read unparalleled reviews on each product that is out in the market today. This is why my husband lurks in this website every time he is on the computer I’m telling you. He learns a lot according to him and he said too that reading reviews before deciding on which gadget to purchase next helps him choose better among the so many choices out there.

The website’s Top 10′s page is also a delight. In here, you’ll find the best gadgets and gear in town tested and tried by people behind the site. One can simply check out the site’s shortlist on certain gadgets they are looking for to save time in choosing which one to get. Now, that is convenience, right?
