Father’s Day.

Sophia’s school yearly celebrates Father’s Day on the first month of the year. For two consecutive years now, Jon and Sophia belong to the Red Team, this year – The Red Team Bagets. The event is always fun- kids get to play games with their dads, dads get to compete with other dads and moms get to mingle and cheer for their father and daughter team.

Let me share some photos.

While lining up for the parade. The dad looks so unexcited, haha!

There were a number of booths present – gold’s gym (which I didn’t bother to check as I’m hoping strivectin will do wonders for me), memory charms, face painting booth and some real estate booths to name a few.

And then the games.
That’s Jon and Sophia doing their thing.

First Encounter.

Mateo’s first ever encounter with a mascot was during his achie’s Father’s Day celebration in school. Unlike other toddlers, he didn’t get scared with the sight of a giant fluffy walking thing infront of him. He was very eager to touch and was very curious. Just look at him …

I am sorting out the tons of photos on my laptop and I saw this photo. Hence the post. I am slowly starting to clear my to do list one by one and I’m so proud. This sorting out of photos is the longest to do. I have hundreds that’s why. I hope by tomorrow I’ll be done so I can move to my next task. But before that, I have to check out about the colon cleansing pills my cousin is recommending for my mom. Gotta do that first – my note to self.

Afternoon Well Spent.

Last Saturday, even if I was under a not so good ordeal, I, together with the kids still went ahead and attended the Jollibee Party for Aggie and daughter Marla, by Glo, arranged by the gay and proud, Peachy. :D Good decision it was. Entertainment was top notch thanks to Kathy, Jacqui and Peachy, LOL.

Seriously, its always fun being with these mommies, riot. An afternoon was well spent that day. Here’s a photo of us. Notice how slim looking I am? Arcona has been my best friend lately.

He’s finally walking!

At 1 year 2 and a half months, the little guy finally had the courage to take his first steps unassisted. The next thing we knew, on the second day I think, he was already running and is all over the place, haha! Happy happy mommy here. :D

Here’s our little rascal.

Now I am off to the mall to get him walking shoes. I’m obviously an excited mommy can you tell? Dropping by the drugstore too to get some prenatal vitamins to give away in the Medical Mission my cousin in organizing in my mom’s hometown for my uncle’s candidacy. My own little way of helping the campaign. Later!

Ninang.

Last week, Jacqui’s little boy Migo was welcomed to the Christian World and I was part of it. I was Ninang to Mike’s (Jacqui’s husband) look alike. :D

Jon and I were very early at the church because all the while I thought the ceremony was at 3pm only to find out that it was at 4pm instead. Nevertheless, I had a grand time waiting because there was a wedding going on inside the church and most of the guests were wearing really lovely gowns and toting chanel metallic reissues! Yay, such a sight to see!

Anyway, here are two photos I grabbed from Jacqui’s Facebook. Pardon my bloated look, the elliptical isn’t making it happen for me yet. Give me a month or two for results.

HK Trip Pics Part 4.

We never get tired of going to HK Disneyland solely for Sophia and now for both – Sophia and Mateo. All the more reason to go back each time. :P Its very convenient as its just an hour and a half plane ride and the kids have the time of their life enjoying the park while I get to do the one thing that most girls love doing too – shopping! Jon on the other hand is content on pigging out and a little shopping on the side. This time we were checking out clarks shoes but they weren’t his type.

On to the park photos.

Here’s the usual, at the park entrance. Our 5th time! Willl post our yearly pics side by side soon.
