International Costume Hunt.

I just learned the other day that Sophia’s school won’t have a Halloween Program for the kids which means I don’t have to prepare a costume for her. What they’ll have instead is a Children’s Day were they’ll be asked to come in an international costume of some sort. Wow, this got me excited! Good thing, Prim of Baby Fashionista haven’t started on Sophia’s Halloween costume yet.

Now, for the Children’s Day Program next week, I have yet to decide what country the little girl will represent. Since they gave us free hand to choose, its more confusing and the indecisive me can’t seem to make up my mind between the national costume of Korea, Spain, Italy, Holland or Sweden. Ayayay! What do you think?

I’m so excited that as early as now I took out the camcorder already, LOL!

Toysssss.

I just finished blog hopping and seeing my fellow bloggers’ online shopping loot for their little ones made me want to shop too. :D

Actually, sometime last week, I already was planning on ordering stuff online for the little girl which includes these …

…but I stopped myself as I was thinking of just getting similar toys here. But the savings I’ll get is just too tempting if I order online so I might go ahead and order the toys above. The little girl is requesting for a doll house though so I might get that one at the mall as its quite big and bulky so I have no choice. What kind and which doll house, I have yet to find out as I will let the little girl choose when we go to the toy store soon. I hope not the big ones though like these below as they would cost a fortune from where I am from.

These types and size would do, but as I checked in the mall, still a bit expensive.

A friend by the way is selling Crayola products from the US and I might get some too for the little girl since she loves painting and stuff. Here, look what I might get as they are such a steal! If you are interested, you can email your order at (bingdejesus@yahoo.com).

Party Planning.

The husband and the little girl were talking last night. What about, you ask? About the little girl’s party this coming March. Yes, the little girl is that excited and she is haggling for stuff to have for her party. Really. No kidding. If you know my daughter, how she talks and all, you won’t think she’s not even four yet.

Anyway, part of the conversation I heard was about having mascots in the party. The party is a joint celebration by the way, Sophia’s 4th Birthday and Baby Bullet’s Baptism. Back to the party details, Sophia specifically wants a Nemo Mascot as she wants a Nemo Party or how I would prefer to put it, an Under the Sea themed party. You see, she is ADDICTED to Nemo lately as I have blogged many times now. As much as I would want to have a different and a better party theme, I can’t as she has her own mind now. Besides, its her party, right?

The husband agreed to all the little girl’s requests, which were plenty I must say but easily available through party planners. I wonder though if there’s a Nemo Mascot? I should check as I need to let the little girl know so she won’t expect because I wouldn’t want to resort to having custom mascots just for this party. It will be very expensive!

E cards.

Most of my high school friends are now living abroad so I hardly see them anymore. Well, actually, I haven’t really seen them for years now. We still do get in touch every once in a while though through phone calls and emails. This coming holidays, I am thinking of sending them Funny ecards for fun and to make up for lost time. We love kidding around you see and we have been friends because we we love fooling around when we were in high school. As they say, birds with the same feather flock together, and this is so true with us.

We are all mothers now by the way and sometimes its really hard to believe that we have grown so fast and matured now but I guess its really the way it is. Gone are our naughty days, LOL. I wonder if I should send them Naughty eCards though for old times sake. I bet they won’t mind. I’m sure they’ll be glad to hear from me nonetheless. At Vidigreet, one can send humorous e-cards for a variety of occasions. They even have Adult e Cards but I am sure veering away fro such for obvious reasons, haha.

Doctor Sophia.

Sophia is having Community Helpers Parade in school this Friday. They are asked to come to school as a community helper of their choice. I asked the little girl what she wants to be and she instantly blurted – “I want to be a doctor, Mommy!”. Well then. Doctor it is. Boring costume I told myself as she only needs to wear a white doctor’s coat, LOL!

Well, I guess not! I saw this on the web – head-to-toe doctor’s set includes scrubs, lab coat, cap, mask, and I am having one made for the little girl! Won’t she look so cute?! I bet she would! :D
