Sophia LOVES books. We don’t mind buying her new books each time we go to the mall as I believe they are worth it, more than any toy out there. We actually always take her to a bookstore and let her choose a book of her own and she loves it. She even prefers buying books most of the time than buying new toys which of course we are very happy and proud of. I mostly buy new books but whenever I see book sales that has second hand books, I also try to grab as many if I see some that I like. Lately, she loves reading books in my laptop which prompts me to buy a bigger laptop memory to accommodate her.

Anyway, here is Sophia’s bookshelf with her book collection.

US trip.

I am very busy right now planning for my parents itinerary for their short US trip next month. I’ve already booked their flights and currently, I am looking at different hotels for their accommodation. If you have any recommendations, please let me know. They’ll actually be staying mostly with relatives while in the US but while in New York City, they need to book a hotel as we don’t have relatives to accommodate them there. Hence, nobody will be able to pick them up from the airport too so to save time and effort, I am also looking at booking their transfers already while in the city. I saw Newark Airport Shuttle over the net and since they offer affordable, reliable and safe ground transportation services throughout New York City and the surrounding suburbs, I might book online with them already. I’m sure my parents will be tired by the time they reach New York after an overnight flight so I guess its wise to get them an airport shuttle that can directly take them to their chosen hotel once they arrive. It’s their first time in the city too so I’m sure they need such service. I hope I am not missing out on anything. I want my parents’ trip to be as comfortable as possible. Some cousins will be picking them up from New York City for California after three days so I need not worry after them then? I hope so.
