Pressured Mommy!
That’s what I am.
You see, as you all know, we just arrived from HK and so the little girl was absent from school for a week. Yes, bad mommy here. 
Then, yesterday, I took Sophia to school and I just had the shock of my life finding out that they are having a “LONG PAPER GAME” aka their Reading Exam! Oh my! They also sent me the worksheets she missed and goodness, there were 20 pages!!!! And to top it off, these worksheets are part of the exam! Shucks…. May ganun pala sa NURSERY?!?!?!?!
So imagine my frustration.
We spent the whole afternoon yesterday reviewing. Good thing, the little girl was very cooperative naman. Oh, I hope she does well and remembers the stuff we reviewed. Pretty please! And now, I’ve learned my lesson too. I should first check her school schedule before I book a trip!
Tomorrow, its Math Exam so today will again be a busy day! Gosh, I think I need a wrinkle cream this early!

iba na talaga ang methods of teaching ngayon unlike our days in school back then. ngayon, kapag nag-absent ang bata, dami na agad mami-miss na scchool works. anyways, sue Sophia can catch up fast.

kya yan ni sophia now nga better to check the kids sked first in skul b4 we do any planning dapat tyo ang susunod sa kanila hehe nursery/kinder now may mga exam na dami lessons

naku yan pa naman ang ask ko sayo, jane. hehehe.. we’ll be going to boracay for a 5day vacation and hinde ko alam kung anong sasabihin ko sa school. did you tell them na aalis kayo? usually, they require a med certificate for 3 days absent IF health related issue but since it’ll be a vacation, i dont know what to tell them…hahaha!!! nakabook na din kame. naku naman!!! ang hirap! hehehe

Hahaha, parehong-pareho tayo. Absent din si margaux from Tuesday till Friday and when I picked her up from school yesterday, I was also shocked to learn about it! And yes, where did all the years go? Eto na at review for exams na ang drama natin now. Nursery pa lang to girl!

alam mo ba the other day lang naalala kita (alala ko kasi yung spam comments) then i wondered if sophia missed school for your HK trip. haha. well, ito na ang consequences.

sobrang timing nitong post mong eto. so ibig sabihin talagang ganun na pala talaga ang nursery ngayon. Grabe ka-pressure sa parents lalo na sa moms!
isang bagsakan na lang ng message, loved looking at your HK pics parang nako-convince na ko to bring Kurt there. And I agree with Em, sa Anaheim, ang It’s a Small World ride ang never to be missed. You also looked so good parang di buntis! sexy pa rin.

nakakagulat talaga ang teaching methods today. Haligilet and I have been reviewing since the weekend (teka, asan si Haligi, asan?!?!) and it can be a test of patience and resolve. pero kaya natin yan.
