To Cinderella that is.

Sophia watches Cinderella 1, 2 and 3 over and over every single day. Would you believe that she wears a gown (flower girl gown over whatever she is wearing) which according to her is her Cinderella gown every single day too? Be it she’s eating, napping, playing or whatever, you’ll see her wearing it. She only takes it off at night when she goes to sleep. She even re-enacts scenes from the movie all on her own to everyone’s delight. Gosh, addicted isn’t she?

To prove my point. Here she is drinking her milk before going to sleep.

It’s going to be David vs David for American Idol 2008. Oh I can’t wait! Both are good but I am predicting Cook to win. Kayo?

My pregnancy has definitely caused some setbacks on our family’s travel plans. That is one thing I am so sure about. Not that I feel bad though. After all, having a second baby is what we have been hoping and praying for for the longest time now. And now that I really am pregnant, we can’t be any happier even if we have to give up most of our planned trips including attending my sister in law’s graduation at The University of Florida. She is graduating with a Doctorate degree in Pharmacy in no time and we are so proud of her. She finally made it! She will soon be joining the workforce and will start earning dollars, haha. As I have heard, she has been getting offers from various companies as early as now. One offer from Austin is said to be too hard to resist so she is considering working there as a place to stay in is no problem at all after she found out that condos in Austin are very reasonably priced and easy to find at the #1 residential real estate team in Austin by the Austin Business Journal - Goldwasser Real Estate.

To my dear sister in law, wherever and whatever you choose to do, we are all behind you. Even if you would want to get married first and have kids! Para naman may pinsang buo na si Sophia! LOL.

Was able to watch the show yesterday and saw the three perform three songs - judges’ choice, contestants’ choice and producer’s choice and I must say, both Cook and Archuletta nailed it. Paula even told Syesha that she didn’t think that what she had shown that night was enough to take her to the finals. O diba, to her face talaga.

While watching the show, I felt that Randy was for Archuleta while Simon was for Cook. I can’t wait to find out who will be the last man standing - on stage that is.

Crap.

The microwave oven is broken. The culprit? My three year old uber hyper active, ever so curious and inquisitive daughter - Sophia. With a toddler in the house, having broken appliances here, there and everywhere almost every other week is almost normal. I have gotten used to it. Kids will be kids, right? I shouldn’t stress myself over petty stuff or else I’d drop dead before I even reach fifty years old I’m telling you. The thing that bothers me though is how hard it is to have such appliances fixed. As a very disorganized mommy, one flaw I am not ashamed to admit, it is so hard for me to keep track of warranties or guarantees from the companies I’ve gotten my appliances from, if they even have any to begin with. Having broken appliances fixed entails a long process from where I am from. I give the store a call and they’ll point me to the service repair center. When you try to call the repair center, its no assurance still as they have to check the availability of the broken parts and so on and so on. I am hitting the mall in a few hours and to make my trip short and organized, I am writing the stuff I need to do and buy. I am one forgetful mommy just so you know.

Here’s my to do list in the mall today.

- Pay PLDT Landline Bill
- Buy swimsuit and shorts for yaya (we’re leaving for Bora tom)
- Buy the little girl a new swimsuit if I can find one that is cute
- Get the husband new boardshorts
- Get myself maternity shorts!
- Find a nice white dress I can wear in Bora while strolling around the beach
- Buy sunblock as the one Sophia has is almost empty
- Have my ID laminated. Would you believe that until now, I still don’t have any ID with my married name? My ticket for tom is under my married name so I made Jon’s company issue me a company ID haha.
- Get Jon another paper shredder. His old one conked out.
- Purchase HDMI cables for the new computer Jon is setting up.
- Lastly, buy DEC lumpia as I am craving for one since last night!

Whew, I have quite a long list huh?
