our interview and some …
At the end of the interview, they handed Jon a questionnaire while they gave me form to sign. When I saw Jon answering, natatawa ako hahaha. He was really thinking so hard. I wonder what were the questions like
Well, they were all about his opinions and insights on child rearing etc pala. Obviously, they really wanted to reiterate that they require the parents’ involvement and by sending your child there, you agree that you’ll be involved and be active in everything that concerns the school and your child. Since we believe the same things they believe in and practice same stuff they do, Jon and I are both okay with the PAREF system. I actually made a reservation already and paid 6k to guarantee Sophia a slot in their nursery class.
The thing is, would you believe that as early as now, they don’t have available slots for the morning session already? Goodness. And I though I was early to fix Sophia’s school admission! Apparently I am too late. The little girl is on a wait list though. I badly want her to be on the morning session 8-11 but Jon thinks she’ll be better off joining the afternoon class at 12:30-3:30. Now that I think of it though, I guess she’ll be good in the afternoon class as we won’t be in a hurry every morning. The nap time can be easily adjusted naman. Oh well, we’ll see. Nothing’s really final yet until its June
Honestly, to this day, I’m still having second thoughts on where to send Sophia this coming June. There’s the option of letting her stay in Toddlers Unlimited for another year or the expensive Brent School in Mamplasan. Jon and I stayed up all night talking about these options the other night. When I say all night, I mean until almost 1 am! Will write about this next. This post is just way too long already.
Abangan ang susunod na kabanata….
