Today is a BUSY day!

I’m dropping Sophia off to school, then make a few phone calls after for her birthday party, head off to Rosemont to pay fees, meet with a coach who teaches football to young kids for Sophia’s summer class (yes! football!! I bet she’ll be so cute wearing a football uniform!) and then rush to my appointment for PPX treatment on my underarm. And then pick the little girl up from school again. Whew!!!

I wonder if I could still squeeze in a few minutes to get some stuff at the grocery …

We’ll be out the whole day today. We’re heading off to Mall of Asia as the husband is checking out an agricultural fair. I wonder what’s there to see in MOA. It has never been my favorite mall you know as each visit I made to this mall in the past always turns out to be a not so good experience. The place is always crowded. I almost always get lost too! HAHA. The place is huge noh?! We’ll see if it’ll be different this time.

I missed the mommy bloggers’ coffee date yesterday Instead of trooping to Serendra, Jon, Sophia and I trooped to the pedia. Hay. Sophia’s cold and cough was getting worst that’s why. And after her hospital stint last October because of mild pneumonia, I am now very paranoid when the little girl develops some cough. I don’t take chances anymore. Doctor agad. Too bad it fell on the coffee day of my beloved mommy bloggers. Naku, I bet I missed a lot! Tsismisan niyo naman ako!!!! How was it? How were the kids?

As I wrote here, we are now enrolling Sophia in Rosemont for SY 2008-2009. Well, let me correct that statement. I already enrolled the little girl last week actually. I even got her uniforms na, haha. Talk about one excited mommy here!!! She’s going to the Nursery afternoon class though as no more slots for the morning already. Ayan, ang bagal ko kase magpareserve. My fault! All the while I thought I was early na but apparently, to Rosemont’s standards, I inquired and applied late already.

Flights are booked!

We’re flying via Continental Airlines on March 8 - - - MNL/GUM 1945 - 0120

Return flight is on March 11 - - - GUM/MNL 1900 - 2040

Outrigger Hotel booked too! We are right smack in the middle of Tumon Bay (see map below). The hotel adjoins to Underwater World and to shopping malls. Right across is DFS which houses all the high end boutiques you can think of. Oh my oh my!!! So excited. The only thing we need to do now is to book a car and we’re all set.

Sophia’s Teacher Sharon came up to me this morning. Here’s how our conversation went …

T. Sharon: Mommy, Sophia kept on saying she has a US a visa and will go to Orlando?

Me: (A bit shocked as why on earth would a little girl talk about a US Visa?!?) Uhuh.

T. Sharon: She also said that she’s going to a “different” Disneyland this time. It will be her second Disneyland to visit daw?

Me: Ah, yes. (I’m pertaining to the second Disneyland thing as the first one was HK Disneyland but the Orlando Trip is not anytime soon yet, I think.)

Grabe the stuff kids are made of noh? They absorb what they hear talaga and they say the weirdest things. I’m surprised with the second disneyland, apparently she knows and remembers. SA dami ng theme parks we’ve been to, alam niya alin lang ang Disneyland. In Australia we went to Dreamworld and Movieworld eh. Galing. All our travels are really worth it. The little girl remembers!
