what’s up?

Things have been pretty busy lately, or so they seem. I was so occupied with a lot of things that I can barely blog hop. I missed reading all your entries, mommies, promise. I hope to get back to my usual blog hopping routine really soon.

I’m well adjusted now by the way. I have my blogging schedule – my “net” time working for me and the little girl. I seem to enjoy blogging again, after my short hibernation. LOL. Paid blogging wise, everyone’s on a slump lately but this makes it more relaxing but less moohlah of course. Okay lang yan. Let’s hope to get back with a bang some time soon. I hope our PRs will get back to normal too and let’s then all blog moderately, yeah right! Haha.

We’ve got a hectic schedule this week by the way. To start off, we’re going on a coffee night out tomorrow with friends at UCC The Fort. I need this – a break. Friday we’ll be off to Pampanga to attend a kiddie party of my inaanak. Saturday, we’ll be back home in time for dinner with some “other” batch of friends and Sunday naman, mass and lunch out. Hopefully yayaless again :D

By the way, the weather is so good now. Hopefully everything goes well until the holidays.

Advance Merry Christmas!!!

sickies in the house and shopping

I was having bad colds since Saturday and as expected the little girl also has it now. Hay goodness, sickies in the house again making Sophia miss class today. I’m all geared up to do my Christmas shopping pa naman, sayang. I have a LONG list I’m telling you. I’ve been waiting for the financier’s go signal and I got it last week already so all I have to do now is swipe, swipe and swipe some more :p

How about you guys? Are you done with your shopping already? I can’t wait to buy toys for the little girl too, by the way. I think she deserves a treat as she has been fairly good this year. Hopefully in more years to come too.

It’s going to be the Christmas month in two days. Boy, time really flies so fast noh? This is going to be Sophia’s 3rd Christmas and because she understands better now, I’m planning on starting a family tradition. I’ve been asking her to tell Santa what she wants for Christmas (so I could buy it already) and is also looking for a big stocking she can hang on our tree. I’ve been telling her Santa stories too. So far, so good. The little girl has her mind set on a beauty set (the works …mirror, chair, brush, comb, hair blower etc.), a baby and a stroller and play-doh activity set. She seem to have lost interest on the kitchen set, ayan ang tagal kase bilhin ni mommy LOL. But we’ll see.

As for the dad, he wants nothing, LOL. Less gastos daw kung pwede ;p For moi, I’m getting my LV wallet on Thursday from Jacqui and my Damier Speedy from Khyng next week too. As for my MV Alma, I’m still waiting for it :)

Happy Shopping!

We used to have a gold and red color theme but I opted for orange and gold this year. I still have to buy more ornaments though. Kulang pa eh …. I still need to replace the angel on top too as it’s red in color. I might get a bog star na lang, what do you think?

I am Charlie Brown!

(10-16 points) You are Garfield : You are very comfortable, easy going, and you definitely know how to have fun but sometimes you take it to an extreme. You always know what you are doing and you are always in control of your life. Others may not see things as you do, but that doesn’t mean that you always have to do what is right. Try to remember, your happy spirit may hurt you or others.

(17-23 points) You are Snoopy:You are fun, you are very cool and popular. You always know what’s i nand you are never are out of style You are good at knowing how to satisfy everyone else. You have probably disappeared for a few days more than once but you always come home with the family values that you learned Being married and having children are important to you, but only after you have had your share of fun times

(24-28 points) You are Elmo:You have lots of friends and you are also popular, always willing togive advice and help out a person in need. You are very optimistic andyou always see the bright side of things. Some good advice: try not to be too much of a dreamer. Dreaming too big could cause many conflicts in your life.

(29-35 points) You are Sponge Bob Square Pants:You are the classic person that everyone loves. You are the best friend that anyone could ever have and never wants to lose. You never cause harm to anyone and they would never not understand your feelings. Life is a journey, it’s funny and calm for the most part. Stay away from traitors and jealous people, and you will be stress free.

(36-43 points) You are Charlie Brown: You are tender, you fall in love quickly but you are also very serious about all relationships. You are a family person. You call your Mom every Sunday. You have many friends and may occasionally forget a few Birthdays. Don’t let your passion confuse you with reality.

(44-50 points) You are Dexter:You are smart and definitely a thinker… Every situation is frontedwith a plan. You have a brilliant mind. You demonstrate very strong family principles. You maintain a stable routine but never ignore a bad situation when it comes. Try to do less over thinking every once in a while to spice things up a bit with spontaneity

our Sunday

Our Sunday started early. Sophia woke up early thats why. The dad and the little girl took a bath together and off we went to church to hear mass. We decided not to bring a yaya so I was preparing myself for a stressing game of tug of war at the church, LOL. But surprisingly, the little girl was behaving so well. She was just sitting beside me but wouldn’t stop whispering to me. She’s tell me every little thing that bothers her like why the baby at the back won’t stop crying, why other kids were running around etc. Nevertheless, she was such an angel during the mass so I couldn’t really complain.

We had lunch after the mass at Dads-Saisaki-Kamayan in ATC. Still, the little girl was so cooperative. We just promised to let her ride the carousel afterwards which we certainly did after eating. We rode, rode and rode some more, LOL. The little girl was delighted of course. After all the riding and the playing, we headed home.

Simple as it was, I’d say its still pretty special. Bonding time for the three of us. We’d probably do this more often – go out yayaless.
