the week ahead

A fun filled week is ahead …
Thursday (Oct. 25)
- Halloween Party at Toddler’s Unlimited
- The kids are said to render a dance number so this got me all excited. With Sophia in her costume, naku, it’s one worth documenting, lol. They are also having trick or treat.
Friday
- My 3rd PPX session
- Parent Teacher Meeting at TU. I can’t wait to hear what the teachers have to say about the little girl who enjoys talking nonstop.
Sunday
- Trick or Treating at Globe Pioneer Building. My friend, Jackie, who lives there invited us so we’re most likely to go. Sayang naman Sophia’s costume eh, once lang masusuot, lol.
Monday
- pedia check-up again.
Tuesday
- We’re leaving Manila at 7:30pm. Can’t wait! We’re finally visiting the land down under!

FULLY potty trained

Sophia slept with no diapers on the whole night today. This is the first time I tried to make her not wear diapers at night even if she was potty trained already. I was worried that she might have a weewee accident and might have a hard time going back to sleep. I was also worried that I’ll end up waking up at the wee hours of the morning changing sheets, LOL. But the little girl seemed all ready. She has never made weewee in her diapers at night for like two weeks now so I decided to give it a try. She pees before going to bed by the way.
So officially, the little girl is FULLY potty trained now. Woohoo!

what’s up?

Got my period today so NO I’m not pregnant :(
Better luck next month, LOL.
Anyway, I’m soooo busy fixing our itinerary for our trip these past days. I’ve been all over the net for places to go to, activities to try and what-nots in Sydney and Gold Coast. So far, I’ve booked us dinner at Sydney Tower Revolving Restaurant for a breathtaking 360 degrees-view of the city over a sumptuous meal. I hope it’s worthit at 65AUD each. I’m also now researching on Sydney Cruises. I was thinking on hopping in one of those lunch cruises and get to go around Sydney’s must see sights like The Opera House, The Rocks, Watson’s Bay, Taronga Zoo, Luna Park and the sights at Darling Harbour of course. Since our Sydney stay is quite short I think getting in one of these cruises is a good idea to maximize the time. Seafood buffet is an added treat also of course :) At 70AUD each, pwede na ba? I asked the dad and he said ako daw bahala so GO! ;p
As for Gold Coast, Jon and I are thinking of renting a car to be able to get around well. I reserved a car, a car seat and a gps online without even giving out my card details, pwede pala yun? They sent me a voucher however that I need to print and show them when I get there. Hmmm, sounds good, eh? Only if I know where Surfer’s Paradise Depot is! LOL Hay naku, bahala na si batman. Any tips on car renting? Is my voucher good enough? Ganun ba talaga?
Our Gold Coast itinerary includes Dreamworld, Movieworld, Seaworld, WetnWild or WhiteWater World and Harbour Town for outlet shopping. Surfer’s Paradise for beach of course pero our hotel is in the heart of Surfer’s Paradise eh so we can go around and explore it anytime :) Cavin Mall is also on my list. this is within SP lang din so we could easily go naman.
So far, this is all I’ve got covered. I hope I won’t overlook anything. I’m so excited can you tell? LOL.

what to do

I can’t seem to focus. Opps are pouring but I’m all deep in our OZ trip research. Hay, hay, hay …..
The hungry wolf in me strikes again, hahahaha.
So mommies, please bear with my paid posts for the mean time :)

tagged!

Someone tagged me with this but I’m so bad I don’t remember who ….
Anyway, here it is :)
This tag is very simple. All you have to do is share a baby, teenager or whatever you please picture of yourself when you were younger.I would like to see how you look like before.
This is the sole kiddie pic I have here in our house. My baby pics are in Pampanga you see. My mom actually brought this last year to show me that Sophia actually looks like me daw when I was young. Agree?
And yes, my mom made join all those santacruzans ….. I’ve a TON of pictures to prove it, LOL.
